허리 통증
저는 직접 기도원에 올 수 없는 상황이었지만, 하나님이 은혜로 목사님이 직접 이 지역을 방문하시게 되었습니다. 여느 목사님들처럼 예배드리고 기도해주실 것이라고 생각했는데 목사님은 말씀암송을 알려주시면서 아픈 곳이나 걱정하는 문제를 목표로 말씀을 선포하라고 하셨습니다.
목사님이 오시기 며칠 전에 무거운 짐을 옮기다가 허리를 다치게 되어서 허리통증을 생각하며 말씀암송하기를 30분이 흘렀을 즈음 허리통증이 없어졌습니다. 아침에 붙이 파스가 12시간이 지난 지금 효과가 날리는 없었습니다. 파스를 붙인 곳의 통증은 없었지만, 조금 위쪽이 여전히 뻐근하고 아프다고 했더니 조금 더 말씀을 암송하자고 하셔서 30분 즈음 더 하고나니 통증이 모두 치료되었습니다. 하나님의 무한하신 능력에 너무나도 놀랐습니다.
다른 문제도 모두 말씀으로 해결될 수 있다고 하셔서 다음 날 아침에 30분 일찍 가게에 나가서 사무실에 앉아 말씀을 암송했고 하루 종일 평안한 마음이 있었습니다. 또한 매일 저녁 일을 끝내고 옷장에서 하던 기도가 다시 회복되었습니다. 말씀과 기도로 저의 걱정과 근심은 사라졌고 병도 치료를 받았습니다. 막연하게 허공에 외치는 듯한 기도에서 이제는 확실한 증거를 잡는 기도로 바뀌게 되었습니다. 전능하신 하나님의 능력에 감사합니다.
Back pain
I was not under the condition physically to go to Immanuel Prayer House by myself, but by the grace of God, Pastor Chon was able to come to McAllen, TX. I thought she would only lead the service and pray, but she taught me to proclaim words from the Bible with a focus on where I was hurting or what my problems were, which was very different from other pastors.
A few days before she came, I started to experience back pain from carrying many heavy material. I proclaimed the word with a focus on the back pain. After thirty minutes, some of my backache was gone. It would be ridiculous to think that pain relief patch I put on that morning, which was over 12 hours ago, suddenly worked so well to relieve me of my pain. I told the Pastor that where the patch was on got healed but the upper region of my back, where I did not put the patch, still ached. Pastor Chon told me to proclaim a little more. After another thirty minutes of proclaiming, all my back pain was gone. I was so surprised for God's limitless ability.
Since Pastor Chon told me that any other problems can be solved likewise, the next day, I went to work thirty minutes early to proclaim the word and I was peaceful for that entire day. Also, the prayers I did daily in the closet at night recovered. Simply a Bible verse and prayer has removed my worries, concerns, and sickness. My prayer changed from the generic words shouted out to a prayer where I focus on a specific problem and use that experince to testify about God. All thanks to God Almighty for His abilities.
